Movement Science Project
This project was a collaboration between Jacob Maring and myself, with guidance from Dr. Lewis and Dr. Beaudoin of the Movement Science Department at Grand Valley State University. The goal was to examine whether taking a 1-credit FIT class during freshman year influenced academic success, specifically by analyzing GPA, retention rates, and time to graduation among students who took the class compared to those who did not.
Our findings were presented at Student Scholars Day at Grand Valley State University. Below is our final report along with the PowerPoint presentation we gave.
